1. Identify questions ideal customers are asking… ideally find one that already is using answer box

2. Provide the deepest resource and guide for that topic, consistent with other sites – but use a clear, simple language title
(Census, wiki, NPR, – > big trusted sites)
3. Use a headline with the title/caption/label/header, followed immediately by a clear, accurate, succinct, logical answer.
